Through the 'Advanced Need-Finding' course at the Stanford d.school, taught by Dev Patnaik (CEO at Jump Associates) and Ryan Baum (Principal at Jump Associates), I worked with a team of four designers on a design consulting project in partnership with Mercedes-Benz, who was exploring Mercedes-Benz's role in the future of transportation. Our team conducted research on a user group whose vehicle was their office: Police Officers.
After four weeks, my team and I presented our findings and ideas to team members of the Mercedes-Benz Vans Future Transportation Systems North America.
